Location
The local shop and restaurant are within an easy 5 mins stroll. The villa is 8 mins drive from the town of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. Playa Blancas beaches are very family friendly.
There are a number of well stocked supermarkets in Playa Blanca.
A similar distance away you will find the beautiful beaches of Papagyo. A little more difficult to get to but well worth the effort.
8 mins in the other direction is the lovely village of Yaiza which also has some wonderful restaurants.
Transport
Car Hire is recommended and very reasonably priced.
Taxis are readily available. The cost of a taxi from Playa Blanca back to the villa is approximately 9 euros.
Golf
There is a golf course within a 30 mins drive and plans to build a new course very soon within 10 mins of the villa.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is a 20 mins transfer. The port at Playa Blanca has regular boats to and from Fuerteventura and is 10 mins drive from the villa. |
